The purpose of First Baptist Church is to honor God by developing believers in Christ through worship, evangelism, discipleship, and service to our community and world, based upon the Bible as the standard.

First Baptist Church is a community of people seeking to have a more loving relationship with God and one another. People young and old, singles and families, newcomers and old-timers have all found First Baptist Church to be the place they call home.
Our Sunday morning service is at 9:30 AM, singing both hymns and contemporary music as we worship the Lord with our voices. Following the worship time, Pastor George DeVol preaches God’s Word in a way that is both accurate and practical to today’s living.
Our communion services are held every first Sunday of the month.
We know you might be worried about wearing the right thing when you come to church; we invite you to come as you are. Whether you are more comfortable in jeans and a t-shirt, polo and khakis, or a suit and tie, you’ll fit right in.
