Dear Parents, Our Church will be conducting Lifeway’s “Galactic Starveyors” for Vacation Bible School 2017, July 17th through July 21st from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. We are pleased that your children will be joining us for the fun and excitement.
As kids focus their telescopes on the marvels painted in the sky by the Creator of the universe, they will discover the wonder among all wonders – that the God who created everything – the knowable and the unknowable the visible and the invisible – wants a personal relationship with them. Our church is eagerly waiting to welcome your children to this free event for ages 4/Pre-K (MUST be toilet trained) through High School.

There are a few items that we wish to bring to your attention:
1. We encourage you to Pre-Register your children by Monday July 10th to ease the paperwork process. Each evening we begin promptly at 6:00 pm and would appreciate children arriving several minutes before.
2. For security reasons, we request that a designated adult come inside to pick up and sign out their child each night at 8:00 pm.
3. Our Mission Focus for VBS is to provide financial support for Jim and Bev Streit who serve in Kenya with AIM (Africa Inland Mission) AIR. We will collect an offering each evening and encourage children’s participation. Love offerings in check form should be made out to “Africa Inland Mission” and in the memo line put “Streit – Support.”
4. On Friday July 21st you are invited back to the church to experience the excitement of “Galactic Starveyors” Family Night at 7:30 pm, followed by refreshments at “Snacks Under the Stars.”
5. On Sunday July 23rd join us for a special VBS Sunday Celebration Service at 9:30 am. We thank you for your understanding, cooperation and participation!
